The rooms were brand-new and tastefully decorated, excellent location. The views of the ocean and pier were astonishing. The service provided there was excellent.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and lovely - we would come here again. The hotel was in the central setting right across from the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms on the first level.

I loved its top-class and highly courteous employees.

Came in Santa Cruz to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was nice base for doing it. The location was nice and amazing, so close to beach, arcade, and wharf. Also, Pacific Avenue was 1 km away. Coffee bar was lovely and reasonably priced.

Everything was excellent, the room was recently refurbished with shower, a great view and hot tub. It had a contemporary interior.

Real good stay for two nights. Hip new hotel with very responsive and especially helpful staff and worth every penny views of the ocean and wharf. A nice size rooms with a terrace and a small refrigerator, etc. Perfect and convenient location and easy access to a museum and monuments minute walk from the property. Minute walk from restaurants and bars. Terrific restaurant for local meal.

The venue has great location in an area we had never been to before. The bets part that it's so close to the beach, which is very close, the Boardwalk, beach and wharf and surrounding sites.

Thanks guys for a VERY GOOD stay for two nights. The units are brand-new, themed with great bathroom.

I was upgraded to a tidy and relaxing room with a beautiful view. Extra facilities such as a refrigerator and a microwave oven were really useful. The location was great close to restaurants.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

Fancy hotel, the stay was really good, incredible location directly across from the ocean. Very very helpful staff gave advice on things to do. They gave us themed room with a view. Had hot drinks in the coffee bar.

Fairly clean hotel in an amazing building near Boardwalk and the Santa Cruz pier as well as restaurants and bars and local attractions. Compact rooms with comfortable beds and friendly service. The pool area is nice too. Coffee bar in the venue.

Perfect and nice location so close to walk to pier and Surfer monument, Lighthouse Point, and Neary Lagoon and West cliff, cafés and restaurants were next to the hotel. Found Pacific Avenue, it's not too far away from the venue.
